My philosophy is rooted in the belief that true health comes from within. As your advocate, I empower you to take control of your health journey, understanding that your body, mind, and spirit are interconnected. With the right support and resources, you can create the vibrant life you deserve.
Dr Sonja is a Nationally Board Certified Doctor of Chinese Medicine, Herbalist, Registered Nurse, Certified Lactation Counselor and Regenerative Health Advocate.
